I later served as General Counsel for an $800M+ international organization operating in 15 countries.

Then I moved into ownership. I have built multiple multi-million dollar businesses, invested in real estate and led organizations responsible for hundreds of professionals.

Along the way I learned what I care about most. It is not the transactions or the growth. It is helping leaders think clearly when the stakes are high.
